Three MICHELANGELO purifiers manufactured by Omas Industries, Padova Italy, were recently commissioned at a flour mill in Australia, with Allegiant Milling and Processing Solutions supporting the project as the local representative for Omas.

Mr Sid Jain, Managing Director of Allegiant Milling and Processing Solutions, visited the site after commissioning and met with Mr Jacques Holl, Operations and Risk Manager, and Mr Jay Simmons, Head Miller, who advised that following commissioning, the plant data reported a significant improvement in purification performance with multi-folds increase in Semolina extraction after the new purifiers were brought online.
